As a female fitness coach and body transformation specialist, I like to start with an in-depth conversation about your personal health history, nutrition habits, and lifestyle including sleep and stress. You will leave this consultation with recommendations that you can implement right away to start getting results. Should you decide to sign up for one of my personal training packages within 2 weeks of your consultation, you will be credited the value of this consultation.

Everyone's body is different and our goals are too! My customized one-on-one personal training is about moving you toward the results you want. Making sure your plan is specific and realistic, I will safely lead you toward a healthier, stronger and more confident you! Accountability, motivation and trust are key. All personal training can be done either in-person at my private Niagara-on-the-Lake women’s gym and training studio, or virtually. I'm here for you!
